Who: Crystal Meth Anonymous
Services: Crystal Meth Anonymous is a fellowship of people for whom crystal meth has become a serious problem. The members of Crystal Meth Anonymous meet regularly, share support and fellowship, and create a safe environment in which to stay clean. The fellowship advocates complete abstinence from crystal meth, alcohol, illegal inhalants…medication taken not as prescribed, as well as all other mind altering substances. Prayer and meditation are important parts of the program. This is a spiritual program, but we can define for ourselves the nature of our personal relationship with spirituality. For now, we can accept that something has helped many people stay clean and sober. We will begin to define our relationship with spirituality as we work the Twelve Steps with a sponsor. Who: Safe Nest Emergency Shelter

If your child is currently uninsured or unable to get insurance due to citizenship, you should first contact the Neighborhood Child and Adolescent Services to register. This program is provided by the State of Nevada and will provide free psychiatric services. Because there are so many children needing these services , it will often take a couple of months before you are seen for services.

Sliding Scale Services

If your want to get your child into counseling quickly, there are several counseling centers that will see  you on a sliding scale basis. A sliding scale fee is a fee that is established based upon the income of the household. Establishing this, the parents will be asked to bringing proof of income prior to having the fee established.  In most cases, the initial evaluation wf1C5e a flat rate and then the sliding scale will be set for the follow-up appointments.
